Well-Reasoned Therapy

Modern life has a tendency to become challenging, complex, and even upsetting at times. Our experience living our day to day lives can have both subtle and profound effects on us, and it’s not unusual to feel confused or even trapped by these effects.

Sometimes we feel anxious. Other times we feel depressed. And yet others we feel angry and full of rage. To confuse things more, sometimes we even feel angry that we’re angry, or anxious that we’re depressed. All too often though, our responses to these feelings are irrational and the results are… Well, not what we’d hoped for. Sound familiar?

Each of us, however, has a choice in how we respond to the stressors in our daily lives. We all have the ability think, feel, and behave differently. Well-Reasoned Therapy encourages alternative ways to view adversity, whatever it may be, and taking an active role directing our own course on a rational pathway to change.
